A whole tube of ketchup, fewer calories than one spoon of mayonnaise.

Invented brand
The brand
SOSLA is an invented Istanbul brand of low-calorie sauces in 180 g tubes: eight sauces, four on tomato and four on strained yoghurt. “Sosla!” is Turkish for “sauce it”: they are light enough to use generously.
What I made
- A Blender sequence of a whole tube emptied onto a plate on a kitchen scale — scroll it, or hold a button and squeeze.
- A plate you draw on with the sauce itself.
